I really enjoyed the sushi here. Everything tasted fresh, and the flavors were nicely balanced. Even the little details, like the texture of the rice and how clean the pieces tasted, made it feel like a solid meal.

The packaging was neat, the sushi got here in good shape. It was a little bulky though, nothing too fancy.

I ordered from Sushi Sama and really enjoyed it. I’m the kind of person who usually notices the fish and rice first, and both were solid here, the fish tasted fresh, and the rice was soft without being mushy or dry.
The rolls felt balanced too, not overloaded or oddly sweet like some sushi spots can be. I didn’t pay much attention to anything fancy, just that it tasted clean, simple, and fresh. I’d definitely order again.

I did get a response from customer service, but it took way longer than I expected. They weren’t rude or anything, which I guess is a plus, but the help I got felt minimal. the slow replies and lack of useful guidance stood out more than anything

I ordered again hoping it would be better this time, but the order still came with missing items and the wrong sauce. To me, it just feels like the details aren’t being checked before the food goes out, which is disappointing.

Ordered from sushisama.com. Food looked fresh. Boxes were clean. No weird smell. No mess. Sushi tasted good. Delivery was a little slow, but I’d order again.

Pretty nice place overall. It was clean, cozy, and the lighting was good. It did get loud though, so it wasn’t the most relaxing. Still decent.

I’ve ordered from Sushi Sama a few times now, and every time the staff have been genuinely friendly. I’m being very calm and normal about it, but it does make the whole thing feel a lot nicer.

One time I had a quick question about my order, and they replied fast. It didn’t feel like some copy-paste response either, just a normal helpful answer from an actual person.

Friendly service really does make a difference. It’s the kind of thing that makes ordering again feel easy, which I will be doing, calmly of course

Well... the food showed up fast, and everything was fine. No real complaints from me.

The sushi was okay and the delivery showed up on time, so no complaints there. But as soon as I opened it, I kind of felt like I’d paid a little more than it was worth. The portions seemed on the smaller side, and a few of the rolls were just average. Not bad at all, but my instinct is that there are better value options out there
